As you know I am preparing a new series for you but in the meantime I am sharing some thoughts for you to meditate on.

These thoughts mostly are words that I have felt the Holy Spirit speak to my heart during my own meditation time.

I pray that you would take these thoughts into your own meditation time to help you become still, focus and draw nearer to God as you meditate on Him.

Last week I wrote about how sometimes in life we can feel lost, we can lose our way and wonder who we are and where we are going.

I have often meditated on the words from Psalm 23:3 “He leads us in paths of righteousness”. It is a prayer that I declare over my life often.

But on this particular day that I was in meditation feeling a bit lost and confused about the way forward, I felt the Holy Spirit emphasize the second part of this scripture to me “for HIS name’s sake”.

And that makes all the difference. I remembered that my pathways in life are for Him, all about Him and for His glory.

Where He leads is not about us, where we should be, where we should go, what we should do and what’s best for us (although He is always graciously good to us!)

Ultimately, it is “for His name’s sake”, for His purpose, His will and His glory that He leads us.

My prayers is that this would always be the guidepost in the pathways of my life that HE may be glorified. And I pray that this thought would help you too in the decisions and pathways of your life.

Praying that you have a wonderful, peace-filled and blessed week!

God bless,

Leah  ♥♥
